General
You cannot modify your signup details except your Address. Signup details are necessary to recognize you for all your registered programs.
At present, all the programs are individual with the content access available without any time frame limit. However, in future we will introduce a Gold subscription model with all the content available for one year without having to buy individual programs.
Good things takes time. Considering the fact that Green Sheikh has several followers and students globally we launched English version first. In time we shall also launch Arabic version and all the members will be informed, so do sign up and get connected with the Green Sheikh.
Green Sheikh Classes, Podcasts and other means of media content & sessions available on GSTV are valuable and through different ways it could be availed free of cost as part of promotions.. As well as there are some content which you get free access to as soon as you do the sign up. Signup is free, so do signup and get access.
To signup, you need to share your Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number & Nationality. Sign up is free and there is no need for your credit/debit card information.
All media content and sessions with "Free" tag are absolutely free for all the signup members. You can get the membership by doing free sign up.
Once you have successfully purchased a paid program, or enrolled in case of free program, you may go to your profile by login from the top menu of the page and check all those transaction history and what content is available for you. You will find the "Profile" link next to the Signup button only when you are logged in.
Master Class
Distribution and Resale of GSTV content is not permitted.
Once you successfully got the access to any of the Classes (Free/Paid), you will have this content available for you for the next one year from the date of purchase.
You have to login first so that the system can recognize you and give you access to other videos.
Training
You can connect right from your mobile phone via ZOOM App. You can get the "Join link" by signing to your account.
Once you purchased an online training you will find the button "Buy Now" is changed to "Join Link". Click the same button again and this time it will connect with an online session at ZOOM. This link is available before 2 hours of the session.
Yes, there are both physical (Offline) and virtual (Online) sessions available. For physical ones the location address will be published on the details area and for the Virtual ones you will get the Joining link before the session starts.
Adventure
Click the "Book Now", fill the form with your requirement and submit. Once the form is submitted our team will contact you shortly.
Although these adventures are meant for Transformational Leadership, they are real experiences in nature and one has to go through tough landscapes and living conditions. You have to disclose for any type of health conditions and If you have one even without life threatening risk, you must get a fitness certificate from a local body.
The minimum age limit is 18 Years old and maximum is 50 Years old.
No, Adventures here are definitely real experiences but they are meant for Leadership and Transformational purpose with the Green Sheikh. If you are looking for adventure only Green Sheikh Adventures are not meant for you.
Talks
You have to Sign in to your account and go to the Inspiring Talk you are looking for. If you find the red button "Registered" it means you have done it already. You can also check all of your transactions at one shot on your profile page.
You can directly come over to the address given and on schedule, you don't need anything else. GSA Team will recognize you by your Name, Email & Mobile Number.
Books
The play button will be available once you signed in through your registered account
There are three types of books you may find available on GSTV
1. Physical Books - Tangible items that will be delivered to your registered address
2. Audio Books - By the name, its an audio book that can be streamed online at GSTV
3. Digital Books - It can be downloaded as PDF file or read online

You can join the session with ZOOM App by clicking the Join link button on the page.
Payment
No, if you have by any reason cancelled the transaction during the process and will get to the page "Cancelled transaction page", it means the transaction was not successful and your card was not charged at all. Only successful transactions show up the purchase details.
We do not yet have Netbanking option available with UAE banks, but we will add it in future. For now you can pay by your credit/debit card through our secured payment method.
